Tofu fried Korean sesame sauce
With just a bit of variation, you have changed the regular fried bean dish into a 'specialty' dish of Kimchi flavor.
Resources:
- Tofu
- Roasted white sesame
- Scallion
- Sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of sesame oil, a teaspoon of Korean chili powder.
Making:
- Cut tofu into thick slices, pat dry.
- Put the oil in a pan, then tofu, fry under medium heat until the sides are golden.
- Mix all ingredients together, bring the sauce to a boil, then pour on the tofu. Sprinkle on the white sesame seeds, scallions and enjoy
